J&C Sandoval Plumbers LLC was founded in 2020 and is built on a tradition of family, hard work, and craftsmanship that spans generations. Plumbing has been part of our family for decades — a skill passed down, refined, and treated not only as a trade, but as a responsibility to do the work right.
With more than 80 years of combined plumbing industry experience, our team brings a depth of knowledge and craftsmanship that ensures every project is executed with precision, safety, and quality that lasts.
From the beginning, we’ve believed plumbing is more than just pipes. It is the unseen backbone of every building and a craft that deserves respect. Every system we install is designed to be reliable, efficient, and built to last — not only for today but for the future.
Our story began with small projects, working on local restaurant and retail finish-outs. Over time, strong workmanship and trust allowed us to grow into larger projects including schools, warehouses, churches, and government facilities. Today, we specialize in new-construction plumbing performed entirely in-house, giving our partners consistent quality, accountability, and systems that stand the test of time.
As we expand into larger public and government work, our vision remains the same: to keep plumbing in the family, mentor the next generation, and raise the standard of craftsmanship in every project we take on.

Jesus Sandoval serves as Chief Operating Officer and Responsible Master Plumber of J&C Sandoval Plumbers. With more than a decade of experience, Jesus has become a true master of his craft — bringing unmatched knowledge, precision, and vision to every project.
As RMP, Jesus carries the responsibility of ensuring that all plumbing work meets state standards, project requirements, and long-term functionality. Beyond compliance, he is known for his ability to engineer and design plumbing systems with efficiency and foresight, creating installations that are both practical and enduring.
Jesus’s expertise extends far beyond the job site. He mentors apprentices, guides family members through the licensing process, and sets a standard of craftsmanship that elevates the entire team. His leadership in the field has been central to J&C’s growth, allowing the company to take on larger, more complex projects while maintaining the integrity and quality it was built on.

Misty Sandoval serves as CEO and CFO of J&C Sandoval Plumbers. She has led the company through a season of growth, helping it expand from small finish-out projects to larger commercial and public work while keeping it rooted in family values and respect for the trade.
Misty has built a reputation for steering the business forward while honoring the craftsmanship at its core. She has seen first-hand the impact plumbing has on projects, communities, and lives, and that perspective drives her to lead with vision, accountability, and a deep respect for the work her team performs.
Under her leadership, J&C Sandoval Plumbers has achieved key certifications, expanded its reach, and created new opportunities for growth. For Misty, the company is more than a business — it is a legacy and a responsibility. Jose Sandoval
Our Founder
For more than 30 years, Jose Sandoval has dedicated his life to the plumbing trade. He learned the value of hard work from his father, a handyman who taught him the importance of building with skill and integrity. Plumbing became Jose’s specialty, and through decades of experience he has mastered every aspect of the trade.
As the founder of J&C Sandoval Plumbers, Jose built the company on the principles of craftsmanship, accountability, and family values. His greatest pride has been passing the trade down — first to his sons, including Jesus, then to his son-in-law, and now to his grandchildren. For Jose, plumbing has always been more than a career; it is a legacy meant to create opportunity and stability for generations to come.
Today, Jose continues to be a guiding force in the company, respected for his hands-on knowledge, problem-solving ability, and mentorship. His influence is seen in every project J&C Sandoval Plumbers takes on, and in the way his family and apprentices carry forward the same high standards he has lived by for decades.
